With the acceleration of the aging process of China’s social population and the continuous enhancement of people’s awareness of health care,meanwhile,the state has paid great attention to the medical and health field and has issued favorable policies,the medical device market has a good development prospect.However,the industrial chain and supply chain of medical devices also face many risks and challenges under the complex and changeable new situation.Under the new situation,the development of the industrial chain must rely on a strong supply chain,and the role of the procurement in coordinating and integrating the internal and external resources is being recognized gradually,and being promoted to the strategic level.The procurement work of the medical device manufacturing industry has its own unique industrial attributes.At this point,the management research on the procurement risk of the medical device manufacturing supply chain has great theoretical and practical significance to further expand the application scenarios of the risk management theory,and to improve the risk management effect of the procurement.This paper takes the W Group operation center project phase I as the research object to study how to implement effective risk management for the procurement work of the project.After learning and summarizing the relevant literature from domestic and abroad,the current situation of the procurement management of the project is introduced,then study is operated as per the general guidelines of risk identification,risk evaluation and risk control.Firstly,the flow chart and fish-bone chart are used to identify the procurement risks of the project,then all the risk factor indicators are obtained and summarized into five categories and seventeen sub-dimensions,which determine the unique procurement risk evaluation system of the enterprise.Secondly,AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process)and FCE(Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation)methods are used to calculate the weights and rank of these risk factors.Finally,corresponding risk control measurements for different levels of risk are formulated and implemented.The research results of this paper not only could be used as reference to enterprises in the medical device manufacturing industry in order to improve the decision-making efficiency of procurement risk management and ensure the safety and resilience of supply chain,but also could be referenced for the supply chain procurement risk management in other similar scale manufacturing enterprises. |
