| The development and improvement of a corporation must adapt to the social and marketing condition along with the consistently social and economic development and intensifying competition.The demand poses new topic to the important component of the economic management,namely whether the human resources management has the strategic perspective,idea and method,etc.This also concerns whether the corporation and organization can have a healthy development,realize the strategic plan,adapt to the condition and keep vitality in the globalization.Strategic human resources management was first suggested by the foreign scholars in the 1980 s,which was about the advanced idea of human resources management.It emphasizes that the human resources management should let the corporation's development strategy be the fundamental supporting point,where we can plan and lead the human resources management.It also underlines that the actions of human resources need to be laid out closely around the strategy of corporation,which will be the strategy to realize the valuable and effective human resources support.As born in the late 1990 s when in the period of economic development by leaps and bounds,the Shuangquan group,a private enterprise has gradually evolved into a enterprise group involved in culture,software,hotel management,hospitals and other diversified economy from pure real estate business.Under the new competition environment,Shuangquan group is faced with the environment that human resource management should be up to the height of enterprise development strategy and provide the necessary support of talent in order to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises.Explains and expounds the human resources management,strategic human resource management as well as Chinese culture and the management;the third part analyzed the basic situation and the early procedure of human resource management of Shuangquan group,finding its defects which to be modified and improved;the forth part put forward Shuangquan group' strategic human resources reform from model framework and management systems based on the perspective of strategic;the fifth part summarizes and gives an outlook and put forward some detects of the study.From the strategic perspective on the human resources management,my dissertation explains domestic and abroad developments,status quo,achievements etc.of the research on the theory of the strategic human resources management.It is combined with the practice on the human resources management based on the strategic perspective in Shuangquan Group and gives a comparison and analysis.It aims to integrate the strategic human resources management with the corporation's strategy of non-state-owned economic organizations organically.It also aims to offer valuable and effective human resources support to the implementation of corporation's strategy,which can guarantee the effective implementation of a corporation's overall strategic plan.My dissertation,which is about the practice on the human resources management based on the strategic perspective in the non-state-owned economic organizations and the improved solutions,has a certain reference values to the non-state-owned corporation's management. |
