Research On Risk Sharing Incentive Of M Green Security Housing Project

Environmental pollution in the construction industry accounted for the total proportion of social pollution has been very high.How to solve the construction industry pollution of the environment is the research focus for scholars and managers.Social security housing has a very important role for the promotion of social harmony and stability as the residential construction in China for low-income people in the construction of special residential.At present,it is a trend that the security housing is designed and constructed to be a green building with an energy-saving and emission reduction.A lots of real estate companies began to make a strategy adjustment according to the construction of green security housing.Various policies are established to incentive enterprises for construction of the green building by government.Through the analysis of the implementation process of M green guarantee housing project,it is found that employees have low awareness of green construction,low overall management level,imperfect technical support system,small bidding scope and high cost,and unsound legal system.There are weak risk awareness,poor operability,inconsistency of responsibility and lack of responsibility in risk sharing.Laws and regulations and other problems.This paper studies risk sharing problem of M green security housing project by using incentive theory of risk sharing.First,discusses the current situation and problems of M green security housing project,analyze the subject and risk of M green security housing project.Second,analyzes the principal part and risk identification of M green security housing project.Third,the risk sharing incentive game problems of M green security housing project are studied by mathematical modelling,the risk sharing incentive methods for the M green security housing project are provided.Fourth,analyzes the risk sharing applications,analyzes the implementation effect for the M green security housing A project.The paper expands the application of game theory in the construction industry in theory,it has a certain practical significance for realizing phased objective of green security housing construction in our country.
