Research On The Information Coordination Management System In The Implementation Of Construction Project Of SS

Enterprises have a series of coordination problems during the implementation of construction projects,such as the coordination problem between posts,the coordination problem in the project business process,and the coordination problem in the project construction management process,which not only increases the cost of the construction project,but also leads to the low construction efficiency.How to use information technology to standardize the business process of construction projects and improve construction efficiency to realize the coordination and management of construction projects is a hot issue concerned by enterprises.This thesis starts with the SS corporation construction project,and we find that there are jobs between jobs,the projects,the projects,and the projects that are in the middle of the project,and it is the most important thing to do in the process of the construction of the SS.This thesis provides suggestions for SS company to carry out information coordination management for its construction project implementation,and also provides inspiration and reference for other enterprises to carry out similar research and practice of information coordination management for construction project,so as to promote enterprise information construction.
