The demand for talents in enterprises is becoming more and more fierce in this era of knowledge economy.Human resources have become one of the important factors of production as well as economic and material factors.State-owned enterprises are the lifeblood of the national economy.The development of staff training is not only related to the survival and development of this enterprise,but also one of the important supporting factors for the healthy development of social economy.In the long run,it is also related to the improvement of the quality of the whole nation.Therefore,as a large listed company,ZT Company has important research value and practical guiding significance in training system construction based on hierarchical differentiation.First of all,through consulting and sorting out a large number of relevant documents and materials,this paper has understood and mastered the basic theories and methods of human resources training development and training system construction.For ZT company based on hierarchical differentiation training system construction combing the basic research ideas.Secondly,this paper analyzes the implementation and main problems of the current training system of ZT Company,and summarizes the most prominent problems in the current training system of ZT Company.Then,through a targeted and representative number of questionnaires issued and effectively recovered,from the training effect satisfaction,the degree of acceptance of the training method,the rationality of the length of training In 2003,the conversion of training effects and other dimensions,ZT Company in-depth investigation.According to the objective results of the questionnaire,this paper puts forward the training system construction of ZT Company based on hierarchical differentiation.That is,for new employees,grass-roots employees,general management,senior management is a level,differentiated training focus,equipped with the curriculum.Finally,through the cultural security,the adoption of diversified training methods,teacher security,system security,incentive security and other aspects,consolidate the level of differentiated training system construction,to ensure the smooth development of training work.The research results of this paper will be popularized in the training reform of ZT Company,and will provide reference for the construction of training system of the same type of enterprises in ZT Company.
