It is a vision of most of enterprises to develop his core competence in order to acquire more performance. With a notion that creatively rides on market trend, a corporation can find"Blue Ocean". Among successful business styles, transnational multiple chains (or MNC chains) is a"Blue Ocean"strategy that provides corporation with more markets, capital, techniques, profits, and dispersing their business risks, so that to improve their competitive advantage.Domestic Chinese enterprises have directly faced with competitive globalization since China joined WTO. Unfortunately, their multinational business, especially that of Chinese multiple chains, are fell far behind their international counterparts', no matter in theoretical researching or practical conducting.This article aims at making these managers perceive and cognize advantages in multinational multiple operation and its related investing strategy and instruments. By presenting mass data, cases and relative theories, it has positively analyzed and demonstrated advantages of multinational multiple chain business.A model of"Global Markets and Hierarchical Exploiting Strategy"has been developed. Accordingly, an organizational structure rebuilding model that is seasoned with multinational chain business has also been developed. Meanwhile, the writer believes that a parent company is not only an investing decision center but also a Value-added Center. Referring to public relation, the author believes that local governments and media should be regarded as customers of corporation.
