The Effects Of Work-family Balance On The Sense Of Gain:Illustrated By Ego Depletion

In 2015,President Xi Jinping proposed that "let the people have more sense of gain",and the term of sense of gain attracted extensive attention from scholars.Today,work is important for everyone,so put the sense of gain into work is very important.So,in this paper,based on the reference of related articles,questionnaire survey,interview,self-compiled the questionnaire of the acquisition,.The result show that work sense of gain has three dimensions: physiological,metal and material acquisition.At the same time,using the theory of resource conservation theory and the ego depletion,build a relevant model,and make empirical research on the relationship between the work family balance: work family conflict and work family facilitate and the three dimensions of sense of gain,and test the mediation role of ego depletion in the relationship.“Universal two-child" policy was implemented on January 1,2016 make many families want to a second child.However,work and family become more and more difficult to balance for professional females and males.The influence of work and family balance has attracted wide attention from all walks of life.The previous researches mainly discussed the influence on individual happiness,sense of gain and resignation tendency.Firstly,this paper systematically reviews the literature related to work family balance,ego depletion and sense of gain.On this basis,a research model was constructed and theoretical assumptions were proposed.SPSS22.0 and AMOS22.0 were used for empirical studies.Through small sample test,test the reliability level of the overall questionnaire,purify and revise the measurement terms;in the large sample test,the validity of the questionnaire and data was verified through descriptive statistics and confirmatory factor analysis.The differences of demographic variables in three dimensions of sense of gain and ego depletion were tested through independent sample T test and ANOVA test.Through correlation analysis,linear regression analysis and intermediate test analysis,clarify the causal relationship between the variables.Main research conclusions are:(1)Work-family conflict has significant negative effects on the three dimensions of work sense of gain;work family facilitate has significant positive influence on the three dimensions of work sense of gain.(2)Ego depletion has significant negative effects on physiological,metal and material acquisition.(3)The ego depletion effect on work family conflict and metal gain can effectively predict.And have significantly positive effect on work family facilitate and the three dimensions of work sense of gain.(4)There are significant differences in psychological gain among employees of different units;Different overtime hours and times have significant differences in ego depletion.However,gender,age,education level,marital status,number of elderly people to be cared for,number of children to be cared for,and enterprise scale have no significant differences in ego depletion and physiological,metal and material.
