"Gratification" is one of the important indicators for measuring the effectiveness of reform. As a crucial component of leisure and entertainment, tourism plays an important role in enhancing people’s sense of attainment.Due to the unique nature of their work, rural tourism practitioners often face conflicts in terms of time, energy, and other aspects between work and life.In order to explore the mechanism of the impact of work family conflicts on the sense of achievement of rural tourism practitioners, this study is based on the perception of rural tourism practitioners and the contributions of previous studies.A questionnaire survey method is used to evaluate the sense of achievement, stress, and local attachment A total of 611 valid questionnaires were collected from tourism practitioners in the Mayangxi Ecological Tourism Area of Changtai District,Zhangzhou, based on dimensions such as social support evaluation and tourism participation evaluation.Analyze the impact mechanism of work family conflict on the sense of achievement of rural tourism practitioners through empirical methods, and further explore the mediating mechanism of stress and tourism participation in work family conflict and the sense of achievement of rural tourism practitioners,as well as the moderating mechanism of social support and local attachment.Research shows that work family conflict has a significant negative impact on the tourism participation of practitioners in tourism destinations. The greater the work family conflict, the lower the tourism participation;Stress has a significant mediating effect between work family conflicts and the sense of gain among practitioners in rural tourism destinations;Social support has a significant positive moderating effect on the impact of pressure on the sense of achievement of rural tourism practitioners;Local attachment has a significant positive moderating effect on the impact of tourism participation on the sense of achievement of rural tourism destination practitioners.Based on this, this study proposes how to effectively regulate the conflict between work and family among rural tourism practitioners, enhance their emotional attachment, and provide social support in multiple aspects to ensure their opportunities and abilities to participate in tourism, thereby promoting them to truly experience a "sense of gain" in real life. This study explores the impact mechanism and formation path of work family conflict on the sense of gain of rural tourism practitioners, providing new research perspectives and ideas, expanding the theoretical system and content framework of sustainable development of rural tourism. This study contributes to the expansion of the theoretical system and content framework of rural tourism development, and has certain theoretical value in the study of the impact of sense of gain on rural tourism practitioners;Secondly, this study provides guiding suggestions for rural tourism destination practitioners in improving their sense of gain, which helps to improve their quality of life and satisfaction, thereby enhancing their work efficiency and service quality; In promoting agricultural transformation and upgrading and achieving rural revitalization,it provides important references for the formulation and implementation of relevant policies, and helps to promote agricultural transformation and upgrading and achieve the goal of rural revitalization.
