Innovation orientation and knowledge age become the main characters of 21st century,so the value of human resources has received unprecedented attention from enterprises.With the intensification of China's industrialization and marketization process,the management concepts of corporate managers in China have gradually changed from traditional labor and personnel management to human resource management.As an important part of human resource management(HRM),employee relation management is also a core factor which have strong impact on the success of human resource management.We conduct a research from the perspective of employee relation management based on the research related to employee relation management,and we build our theory basis by summarizing the relevant theories about employee relation management(including Social Exchange Theory,Equity Theory and Psychological Contract Theory et.al).Based on this,we take Jiangsu TS Company as research object,and make a deep analysis and research on the current situation,existing problems of Jiangsu TS Company's employee relation management and offer some improvement strategies by using literature research,questionnaire survey and empirical research.Specifically,the first chapter mainly introduces the research background,research purposes,research significance,research methods and research ideas.The second chapter is the theoretical basis and literature review part,which mainly summarizes the theory related to employee relation management by combining the existing related research,and further elaborates relevant research in China and abroad.The third chapter mainly introduces the basic situation of Jiangsu TS Company,and expounds the company's human resources profile and analyzes the status quo of its employee relationship management.On the basis of the third chapter,the fourth chapter conducts a questionnaire survey based on the situation of Jiangsu TS Company and we analyze the data of the survey by using SPSS 22 software to find the problems of employee relation management of the company.The fifth chapter further proposes corresponding improvement ideas and strategies to make a change in employee relation management of Jiangsu TS company.As the summary and prospect of the research,the sixth chapter combs and summarizes the paper,and clarifies the limitations of the research and the future direction.
