Mention of employee relationship management, people first thought might behandling employee complaints, complaints and the settlement of labor disputes. Theemployee relationship management covers far from it, it runs through the work ofhuman resource management aspects. Harmonious employee relations, can improvethe quality of life of individual employees, create a good atmosphere for theorganization, improve labor productivity, and reduce the cost of.At present, the use of EAP (employee assistance program) to solve the problemsin employee relationship management, has been more common in Europe and theUnited States, and achieved tangible results. Some large enterprises and governmentagencies in China, has also carried on the beneficial attempt in this aspect. But, asplays an important role in the national economy of small and medium-sizedenterprises, in this aspect is also very weak, leading to some practical problems in theenterprise employee relationship management cannot effectively tackle. Therefore, theintroduction of EAP for the management of employee relationship in the small andmedium-sized enterprises in China, has become a serious attempt and research.This article first describes the background and significance of the research,present situation of research in this field at home and abroad were summarized anddiscussed, based on the overall framework of the article is built, and then clarifies themain content and research methods of this paper. Then the theoretical knowledgeinvolved in the research are summarized, including employee relationshipmanagement, EAP (employee assistance program) as well as the association betweentwo persons. Based on the detailed explanation on the main contents, the theoreticalknowledge, this paper selects the Ningbo NCS company as the object of empiricalstudy, analyzes the main problems existing in the relationship between NCS company,combined with the interview and the questionnaire survey results of employees, to theNCS top managers that will need for the introduction of EAP company. The specificeffect of the next article on the EAP company NCS project trial run situation and theinvestigation, analysis and evaluation, the actual situation to improve the investigationdata and employee relations, reflects the NCS company introduced EAP project inemployee relationship management achievements, and the company’s next EAPimplementations reference. The authors hope that through this study, to provide a theoretical and practicalguidance for the NCS company employee relationship management, on the other hand,but also for other enterprises to use EAP on employee relations to provide usefulreference management.
