Study On The Construction Of Working Committee System Of Private Enterprises For Cares Of The Next Generation In Huaiyin District Of Jinan City

With the continuous deepening of the reform and opening-up and accelerated development of market economy,private enterprises has become increasingly prominent in the national economy construction,which not only play an important role in promoting domestic economic growth,but also show great potential in pushing technical innovation and improving market environment and structure.More importantly,private enterprises have exerted huge power in promoting employment.As the investment of HuaiYin District increase constantly,private economy,whose proportion in the national economy is more and more big,has become an important driving force in promoting economic development and maintaining social stability.Investigations reveal that young employees are an important part of,and they constitute the majority of the total employees in private enterprises,generally more than 65%.As a result,caring for young employees of private enterprises,is the basic prerequisite to promote the healthy development of private enterprises,which is also an important subject at present.Based on the actual situation and innovation development,the unique functions of the Working Committee for Cares of the Next Generation of private enterprises in Huaiyin District and the specific role of the "Five Elders" team have been fully exploited,under the leadership of all levels of corresponding Committees.Although some achievements have been obtained in the construction of the Committee in private enterprises,there are still many weak links in the improvement of basic level,construction strengthening of the "Five Elders" team,reinforcement of work measures,and role playing of effectiveness still exist,and it is still a long way to go for the system construction of the Committee.In this paper,combined with the actual situation,of the,the construction process of the Working Committee system have been fully studied by adopting the method such as literature research,comparative analysis and systematic analysis,and the existing problems and reasons have been deeply analyzed as well.Furthermore,around the strengthening of the work committee system construction in private enterprises,and further promoting of the healthy growth for young employees,the sustainable development for the real economy as well as the social harmony and stability,corresponding suggestions on strengthening of ideological recognition,perfection of the system and measures of the Working Committee construction in private enterprises,strengthening of personnel training and establishment of professional team have been given,in order to be helpful for system construction of the of private enterprises in Huaiyin District.The research ideas of this paper are as follows: based on the reviewing,summarizing and analyzing of literatures at home and aboard about the development and construction of private enterprises and the healthy growth of young employees,corresponding concepts of private enterprises and Working Committee and related theory of social work for young people have been elaborated and deeply analyzed,which provide a theoretical foundation and comprehensive description of current situation for the system construction of private enterprises Working Committee in Huaiyin District;by using the method of literature research,comparative analysis,system analysis and case study,the problems and causes in the system construction of the Committee have been fully investigated with the help of the learned knowledge of public management,and operable optimization measures have been presented taking into account the practical situation together with a certain guarantee for implementation.In conclusion,(1)the successful construction of the Working Committee of private enterprises has a significant positive impact on employee performance,but the influence degree of the construction varies from different dimensions;(2)the construction of the Working Committee of private enterprises has a significant impact on the labor relations atmosphere,that is,positive labor relations atmosphere corresponding to positive influence while negative labor relations atmosphere corresponding to negative influence;(3)labor relations atmosphere significantly affects employee performance,in which positive labor relations atmosphere positively affects employee performance and negative labor relations atmosphere negatively affects employee performance;(4)the labor relations atmosphere partially play a intermediary role in the process of influencing employee performance by the construction of the Working Committee.Innovations are as follows.The constituent elements of the working committee and different effects of each factor on performance of employees have been explored,taking the new generation of young employees as the research object.Furthermore,the intermediary role of the labor relationship atmosphere in the influence of the Working Committee on employees performance has been verified,which offer a new focus for the research of enterprise management.
