Research On The Influencing Factors And Promotion Strategies Of The Competitiveness Of Manufacturing Industry In Shanxi

The manufacturing industry is the pillar industry of the national economy,the main body of the real economy and the important aspect of the structural reform of the state supply side.Manufacturing has also being an important pillar industry of Shanxi's economy.However,due to resource industry overcapacity,lack of innovation ability and other reasons,the competitiveness of Shanxi's manufacturing industry is far from that of Jiangsu,Shanghai and other developed areas.Therefore,Shanxi province puts forward the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industry,and pays full attention to improving the competitiveness of manufacturing industry.In 2015,the State Council enacted and promulgated Made in China2025 plan,clearly pointing out the need to improve the core competitiveness and brand building capacity of China's manufacturing industry.In 2016,Shanxi Province issued the The2025 Shanxi Programme of Action Made by China,pointing out that it is necessary to promote the revitalization and upgrading of Shanxi's manufacturing industry and enhance its competitive strength.Based on this,this paper takes the manufacturing industry competitiveness of Shanxi province as the research object,based on macro data of statistical yearbook.Through the research on the competitiveness of manufacturing industry of Shanxi province and its influencing factors,this paper makes the empirical analysis of the competitiveness of manufacturing industry in Shanxi province,explores the strength and direction of the influence of different factors of manufacturing industry of Shanxi province competitiveness,and further proposes to promotion strategy to enhance the competitiveness of the manufacturing industry in Shanxi province.In this paper,we use YAAHP10.0 software and SPSS21.0 software to do the empirical research on the statistical data of relevant indicators in Shanxi province through correlation test,multicollinearity test,KMO and Bartlett sphere test,principal component analysis and regression analysis.The results show that,in a comprehensive view,the indexes of urban residents per capita disposable income,per capita net income of rural households and per capita GDP measuring the customers' s demand and the indexes of total amount of postand telecommunications,cargo turnover,deposit balance of RMB of financial institutions,financial institutions and foreign currency loans,domestic listed company quantity measuring productive service industries have strong positive effects on the dependent variable manufacturing industry competitiveness in Shanxi province,and the influence coefficient are0.300,0.292,0.299,0.233,0.243,0.293,0.289,0.254.The index of new product development expenditure,which measures scientific and technological innovation strategy of enterprises,has a stronger positive impact on the manufacturing competitiveness of the dependent variable in Shanxi province,with a coefficient of 0.244.The indexes of coal consumption,coke consumption,asset liability ratio and paid capital measuring the factors of production have a positive impact on the competitiveness of manufacturing industry in Shanxi province.The influence coefficients respectively are 0.255,0.175,0.220,0.282.The conclusion is that the government should promote the competitiveness of manufacturing industry in Shanxi by means of manufacturing service strategy,industrial interactive development strategy and scientific and technological innovation strategy.Specifically,it's necessary for government to open up the statistical data of multi-domain,add big data application center,improve the standard of industry development,force the traditional industries to do the cultural rectification,implement the supporting and encouraging strategy of two industries' cooperation,overall construct modern logistics parks,make the financial and credit policy different,effectively support for optimizing structure of manufacturing,deeply understand the manufacturing industry development bottleneck,build a platform for mutual help of innovation,increase research funding,adopt the mechanism of science and technology and supervision of investment,establish a reasonable system environment and maintain a fair and organized market environment.
