Research On Cost Management Of BS Enterprises

Strengthening cost management and keep lower level of cost is one of the most important factor for enterprises to improve business efficiency,and keep health in the increasing competition.Many enterprises make great efforts to optimize the cost management,improve the business management ability,provide help for the managers of enterprises to make the right decision about the market trend,and formulate scientific and reasonable management strategies.Because the fee standard for property charges is controlled by the state,the income of property service enterprises is limited and unchanged.Property service enterprises need to find a set of Scientific cost management measures.,to solve the increasing problem,and keep the sustained development of enterprises.BS property service enterprise analyzed in this paper is management of residential property.With the development of the times and living standards,high quality service is asked for.In the face of these new problems,the problems of BS property service enterprise is exposed,and cost management gose on in BS enterprise is not suited to thedevelopment of itself.BS enterprise urgently needs to optimize the cost management,reduce the cost level,and solve the development bottleneck.This paper try to understand the cost management of BS enterprise through the study of BS enterprises.Firstly,by reading the relevant literature,study about the cost management and theories,the actual situation of BS enterprise,the paper analyzes five aspects of cost management problems as follows:the long procurement cycle and poor planning,unreasonable cost accounting methods,inventory management,imperfect budget management system,one-sided cost management,lack of cost management.Secondly,analysis the causes of these problems as follows:the financial cost management system is not perfect,the company's organizational structure is not perfect,lack of effective financial personnel training mechanism,weak awareness of cost management,information management level to be improved.Finally,provide six aspects to perfect the financial cost management system,for example,optimizing the organizational structure of the company,realizing the overall cost management,improving the cost management consciousness of the enterprise,strengthening the construction of the financial team,and perfecting the information management system.This paper puts forward some suggestions for BS enterprise to optimize the cost management,hoping to provide help for the cost management of BS enterprise.
