With the deepening of China's housing reform and the continuous improvement of the commercial housing market,the residential community has gradually become the most common way of living of the people,the property services industry has also emerged and rise.Property service enterprises are mainly entrusted by all the owners of the community,through the signing of the property service contract to agree on the scope of service,responsibilities and obligations of property services companies.However,since the economy of China has developed so rapidly,the Chinese living standard in China has been a qualitative leap.People start to the quality of life more and more exquisite,the property service enterprise's expectations gradually increased and customers demand more and more diversified.People are no longer satisfied to the property service enterprise by property services.In addition,the human cost of the property service enterprises is increasing year by year,and the pressure of labor cost has brought great pressure to the property service enterprise.To carry out a variety of business,to provide extended services,in order to make the property services enterprises in the increasingly high labor costs to ensure that the basic profit today,in the fierce competition in the property services industry continues to survive.At the same time,the property services industry market competition is becoming increasingly fierce,many property services companies want to acquire other companies and other companies to take over the project,to compete for more community resources to win more customers and provide a broad platform for a variety of business and service,to win more profits.In order to survive in the fierce market competition,property service enterprises must upgrade their services and create their own core competitiveness.T his paper is taking Shanghai Vanke Property Services Limited(hereinafter referred to as the V property company)as a case study of innovation and change the mode of property services,so as to improve the level of property services and service quality,meet the needs of the community owners demand,community owners solve pain points,increase project profit space,enhance the community satisfaction of the owner.
