The property management service industry is a service organization, through meet the effective demand of customers to obtain profit. It covers the operation of customer service, security, facilities maintenance, green cleaning supplies, supplies procurement, payment services, public communication facilities management. Along with the national economy and people’s income levels continue to improve, people demand more and more on the service of property management service enterprises, the increasingly high quality requirements. At the same time, due to a combination of factors of policy lag, industry maturity is low, the demographic dividend gradually subsided, the property management company operating costs continue to rise, a single profit model, the urgent need to increase profit means. "Internet plus", provides an opportunity for the integration of traditional property companies using networking mode of resources. Based on the Internet to establish property management enterprises is an innovative type of enterprise, how to the were value assessment is key factors involved in the enterprise to develop in the future.The purpose of this paper is to assess the value of this kind of building property management enterprises based on internet. The basic theory of the enterprise value evaluation of fully consider the main characteristics of Internet service property management enterprise and analysis, sums up the main factors that influence the value of the Internet property management companies, in the current Internet property service enterprise value assessment methods based on proposed value for the effective evaluation of the optimization of the Deva model and method of Internet service property management enterprises, and combined with the Shenzhen color life case to the value assessment method was attempted. The results show that the optimized evaluation model pays more attention to enterprise user value, more suitable to the actual situation of the mobile Internet business. This Internet plus concept, so that the owners and property management enterprises to communicate through the network platform, reduce information asymmetry, improve management efficiency, is the property management enterprise development trend in the future.
