In recent years,new techniques such as big data?artificial intelligence develop so fast that bring a big impact on traditional banks,which are represented by Alibaba and Tencent rise rapidly as internet finance companies.And for middle-sized and small banks,it is also an opportunity to overthrow old traditional banking type by using new technique and new business style,to achieve ‘corner overtaking' and create a revolutionary development.For ZY Bank which can't own lots of talented person in new technology,the first choice to achieve strategy goal is introducing professional outsource on information technology project.But at the same time,outsource also brings up lots of risk items,such as outsource break off?decrease of service quality ? information security concern ? multiple concentration risk.The problem ZY Bank want to resolve urgently is that how to recognize and evaluate risk items,and to provide effective coping strategies.This paper,based on collecting and sorting lots of document literatures,according to project risk management,using the successful experience of project risk management from internal and other countries for reference,study systematically about project risk item recognition?evaluation and coping strategies of ZY Bank's information technology project outsourcing project.Firstly,analysis about present status of ZY Bank information technology project outsourcing project,find out risk management issues in outsourcing procurement ? outsourcing contract and outsourcing cooperation.Secondly,analysis and recognize risk items in outsourcing procurement?outsourcing contract and outsourcing cooperation.Thirdly,bring up risk assessment index system of ZY Bank's information technology projectoutsourcing project,and use AHP comprehensive evaluating method to evaluate risk items about ZY Bank's information technology project outsourcing project.Finally,according to the evaluate result of risk factors of ZY Bank's information technology project outsourcing project,provide coping strategies for the risk of ZY Bank's information technology project outsourcing project.This paper not only provide one effective strategy to evaluate and keep watch risk items for ZY Bank's information technology project outsourcing project,being helpful for ZY Bank to achieve digital transformation.But also provide analysis and implementation paths on creating risk management system for other middle-sized and small banks in China and other countries.
