| Based on the literature at home and abroad on the stage of the life cycle management of software outsourcing project study and research literature on risk management of software outsourcing project,analysis of the company’s current situation and problems of outsourcing project management.Through literature research and expert scoring methods,the risk assessment index suitable for KMW system outsourcing project is determined.By using the cognitive approach to solve the problem of stratification of complex problems,a hierarchical evaluation index model based on the lifecycle management of software outsourcing projects is established.The weight of each element in the model is calculated by the method of analytic hierarchy process,and the consistent test is carried out to confirm the weight of each stage of the project and the weight of each index in each stage.In the construction of index system with weight,through a questionnaire survey of experts,the probability of using various industry experts experience for the risk assessment;using the index weight calculation of loss estimation,and estimate the risk of each risk index of the project KMW system outsourcing value,together to form the overall risk of the project size ACG company,the control project risk classification requirements that the project KMW system outsourcing risk level.The risk index system of project KMW system outsourcing is built and based on the results,according to the degree of importance of each risk index,references and analyzes the causes,summed up developed a list of countermeasures for various risks;combined with the actual situation of ACG company,to reduce the risk of the project,the successful completion of the project to provide support.Through the establishment of risk index model,the formation of outsourcing risk assessment and management company of this project model,but also provide a reference for the risk assessment of similar cultural industry IT project outsourcing employer,has a good reference value. |
