"Made in China 2025" has drawn up a clear implementation plan for realizing the strategic goal of becoming a powerful manufacturing country.A number of major landmark projects have been implemented,and the manufacturing industry will usher in a "golden period of development".This brings great opportunities to the development of industrial equipment monitoring and control industry based on iot intelligent data mining analysis.SD company is a high-tech service company based on intelligent data mining and analysis,which integrates the r&d,sales and service of intelligent industrial products.The company team has high morale,tough character,excellent research and development ability,but lack of clear development strategy,the lack of the company's future development of careful thinking.This article takes SD Company as the research object,adopts the literature analysis method,the case analysis method and the field investigation method,uses the enterprise strategic management theory,explores the suitable strategy to realize the SD company sustainable and healthy development.First of all,the research background and significance are expounded.Through the systematic analysis of the company's internal environment,we conclude that the four advantages and development strategies are not clear,such as efficient core team,industry-leading capability,industry-leading product performance,high-quality after-sales service,and lack of scientific planning for sales.No systematic human resources management and other three disadvantages.From two aspects of macro-environment(PEST)and industrial environment(5-force model),the paper analyzes the external environment,combs out the opportunities and threats,and concludes that the industry of industrial equipment monitoring and control is in strong demand under the strong promotion of policy.The prospect is good.At the same time,it also faces three challenges,such as complex environmental factors affect the accuracy of identification,data security can not be effectively guaranteed,and intelligent monitoring and control system can be interpreted poorly.On the basis of the above,using IFE matrix and EFE matrix to analyze SWOT quantificationally,it is concluded that the opportunity is greater than the threat,the advantage is greater thanthe disadvantage.Determine that SD should adopt the SO strategy and plan the company's vision and objectives.Finally,the development strategy of "three horizontal and three vertical"(three main lines of business development and three stages of product research and development)was formulated.Business model planning was carried out from three aspects.The sales strategy of two levels and two stages and the financing strategy of "two nodes" were formulated.And from product research and development,talent introduction,capital operation,company structure,process monitoring,corporate culture,system construction and other seven aspects of the implementation of the strategy guarantee.The research in this paper provides the basis and scheme for SD company to achieve better and faster development in the future,and at the same time,provides reference and reference for the development strategy formulation of high-tech service companies.
