In recent years, there is growing market volume in China construction machinery due to the rapid development of national economy, according to the statistical data issued by the China Construction Machinery Industry Association in 2012, there is about 5.04 million to 5.47 million units of construction machinery equipments, and this figure is still increasing year by year., How to change the waste to the treasure is the top priority in the face of all the people. The development of construction machinery remanufacturing industry has pointed out the direction for this. The construction machinery remanufacturing changes the traditional “exploitation-smelting-building-discharging†to the circular economy mode of “resources-product-waste discharge-renewable resourcesâ€,it reflects the recycling economy, "green manufacturing",which brings great business opportunity for the remanufacturing of mining mobile equipments.This article focuses on the developing strategy of Liaoan company mining mobile equipment remanufacturing center(hereinafter referred to as LA mining mobile equipment remanufacturing center),a company organized between Liaoan company and Jidong development company, the Cooperative mode is that Jidong development company supply with the overhauling, medium and on-site repair of its nearly 150 units mining mobile equipments from its 25 mines and workshop, and Liaoan company is responsible for the infrastructure, setting up the technician company and providing the financing for Jidong development company. By using enterprise strategic management theory and analysis methods, combined with the current international economic situation and characteristics of the industry and providing the constructive suggestion to the management, operation and development of the formation and development of the project and reducing the operation cost, this paper further examines the company’s development strategy formation mechanism and method of implementationThis article first analyzes the external environment and internal resource capacity of Caofeidian mining mobile equipment remanufacturing center, by using corporate strategic management analysis method, PEST,value chain and SWOT analysis method, to analyze and evaluate the company’s strategy, determine the development strategy for Caofeidian mining mobile equipment remanufacturing center. Finally, put forward specific measures to ensure the smooth implementation of the corporate strategy. Through the study of the development strategy of Caofeidian mining mobile equipment remanufacturing center, I analyze the difficulty which will occur in the process of implementation and provide the solution, and consider the relevant factors in the beginning of the project,which also provides a reference to the strategic development of the remanufacturing development of construction machinery in China. |
