| In recent years, the “service economy” is a new trend in global economic development. The productive service industry has gradually become an important new force in promoting economic development. At present,China is in a period of building a well-to-do society in an all-round way.The development of producer services has important value for all regions.Modern economic development can no longer rely on the way of consuming large amounts of natural resources and damaging the environment to promote economic growth. It is necessary to change the mode of economic development, take the road of sustainable development, and rely on the development methods of technological progress and resource conservation. The important task of economic transformation is to develop productive service industries. The development of the producer services industry will help improve China's international status, promote the improvement of industrial efficiency, reduce the cost of enterprise development, and promote the adjustment and optimization of economic structure.Governments at all levels in China have fully recognized the importance of developing productive service industries and reached consensus on vigorously developing productive service industries. This paper focuses on the influencing factors of the development of producer services.First, the research on the related fields of producer services was collated, and the inadequacies in the existing studies were pointed out;then, based on relevant data and data, the development status of China's producer services was studied, from output scale, input, and structural status.,efficiency and other aspects of the development status of the analysis;and then from the perspective of demand and supply analysis of the factors affecting the development of China's producer services, the demand level is mainly from the industry demand, urbanization, opening up to several aspects of analysis, supply level Analysis is mainly from the aspects of human capital and innovation, infrastructure, institutional barriers, and legal systems. This paper establishes relevant measurement models by analyzing the influencing factors, adopts panel data of 29 provinces(2004-2014),and selects five sub-sectors for producer services, namely, transportation, information service, finance, and business services. The number of employed persons in the research and scientific research industry was used as an explanatory variable, and the urbanization level, industrialization degree, economic openness;years of education, informationization, and marketization index were used as explanatory variables to study the influence of these factors on the development of producer services.Through analysis,we found that the influencing factors at the demand side are greater than the supply side, that is,the influencing factors for the development of the producer services industry are demand-driven,and different factors have different influences in different regions, but supply-side factors such as local government for human resources The emphasis on capital and innovation investment can significantly enhance the spatial agglomeration effect of regional producer services.Under the consideration of regional heterogeneity, there are significant differences in the forces of the influence factors of productive services in the eastern, central and western regions. The results show that supply-side factors, such as the level of information, are significant “spatial spillovers” effects on the scale of production services and their agglomeration. In contrast,as the geographic distance increases, the spillover effect of demand-side factors is not significant. Finally, based on the analysis,it proposes policy suggestions which are conducive to the development of producer services. |
