Producer Services In China's Regional Disparities And Influencing Factors Analyse

The development of producer services is an important indicator of measuring a country or a region's level of modernization practice has been developed and fully demonstrated that the development of producer services is the trend of today's economy. Along with the development of economy and the complication of labor division, the producer services play an active role in the growth of economy, which have already become the subject that a lot of scholars study nowadays and also are concentrated on this paper. Producer services in many developed countries have become the main force of economic growth, China's producer services as a late start, with the developed countries there is still a huge gap, and because the heterogeneity of regions, the different development situations emerge in regional. And then, the producer services which is occupying more and more important position in economy society. We studied the regional differences of producer services and in-depth understanding of the relationship between economic growth and reduce the production of services for the imbalance in regional development have important theoretical and practical significance.This paper analyzes the regional differences of producer services and influencing factors through applying comprehensively the integration of normative and empirical, qualitative and quantitative research methods and the integration of regional economics, industrial economics and other relevant theoretical knowledge. The paper has carried on the exhaustive elaboration:the producer services concept, characteristics, the reasons for the developed rapidly and generated, the role of the producer services in modem social and economic development, we analyze comparatively the differences of the producer services of the three regions, and further analysis based on the Theil index analysis and point out that three regions exist differences——regional differences and differences within the region, the analysis indicated that the regional difference is bigger than the differences within the region.Combined the panel data and the econometric tools this paper estimates the differences of the producer services development of the three regions from 2000 to 2008, and further selects six factors have a significant influence function to carry on the regression analysis, the regression results show the industrialization level, the urbanization level, marketization level, the economic development level, the economical opening degree, the human capital to have the remarkable influence to the production service industry development, in which the level of industrialization on the development of producer services is most stable.Based on the demonstration and combined characteristics of the region proposed regional coordination of the development of producer services policy proposals. In view of the production service industry's development present situation, the country should act optimize the regional division of labor based on the comparative advantages of various regions, draw up the development of producer services policies and measures,and strengthen the guiding role of macroscopic policy. Various regions should according to its own situations developed and implemented beneficial to the development producer services policies and guildlines which are advantageous to the development production service, the eastern area should breaking the monopoly, expanding opening up, and creating the fair competitive environment; increasing technology on intensity of production support services; full play the leading role of modern logistics, advanced manufacturing industry base construction. The central area, based on local reality, give full play to the advantage of low cost, location advantage, resources advantage, and avoid weaknesses and concentrate on breakthroughs in key areas, development of producer services according to local conditions, and actively explore a variety of development models, encourages the production service specialization, formalization development. The western area government must give policy, finance, tax revenue and other policy support, develop the necessary infrastructure, improve the investment environment, promote the competitiveness of industrial, thus narrowing the gap between eastern and central areas.
