Since1970s, productive service industry which is part of representative knowledge-intensive industry has become the most rapidly advanced section of the service industry around the world. It is also the dominating power which has promoted economic development, and has made significant influence on promoting economic development, creating employment, enhancing regional competitiveness as well as urban function, accelerating the conversion of economic development pattern and promoting the upgrading as well as optimization of industrial structures. In such circumstances, this paper comprehensively provided a further analysis for the development situation and associative influencing factors of domestic service industry.Primarily, the influencing factors on domestic service industry, which includes effective demand and various impacts, were analyzed from the perspective of demand. Secondly, the influencing factors on domestic service industry were analyzed from the perspective of supply. Simultaneously, the characteristics of domestic producer service industry supply market development were analyzed. Afterwards, the theoretical analysis results of the influencing factors on domestic producer service industry were verified by means of multiple linear regression models, specialized division of labor and investment in fixed assets play a positive role in promoting development of producer services,and because of the industrial structure has certain problem, industrialized development has a reverse effect. However, the disadvantages ofdomestic producer service industry were analyzed. On the basis of adopting experiences of foreign countries, the development strategies a nd path were proposed.
