Contribution Of Project Planning Far Reducing Risks During Implementation In The Agricultural Industry Of Rwanda:the Case Study Of Rugeramigozi Agricultural Project 2014-2016

The present study has a subject:" Contribution of projects planning for reducing risks during implementation in the Agricultural Industry of Rwanda;a case of Rugeramigozi agriculture project/Rwanda(2014-2016)"The research was guided with the following specific objectives:(1)to investigate how project planning contributes to the risk reduction during its implementation in Rugeramigozi Agriculture Project in Rwanda,(2)to identify the extent to which risk reduction through planning during the implementation contributes to the success of Rugeramigozi Agriculture Project in Rwanda and(3)to examine the contribution of Project planning to the risk reduction during the implementation especially Rugeramigozi Agricultural Project on economic condition of the beneficiaries.The researcher has used questionnaires technique addressed to 128 respondents sampled from 1289 members of Rugeramigozi agriculture project obtained by using A.Bouchard's formula.The results have shown that risk reduction through planning during their implementation is the key success of Rugeramigozi agricultural project.The results also confirm that if reduce by using planning during its implementation have some important and benefits to the project stakeholders.Concerning the respondents' income,the respondents have revealed before becoming members of Rugeramigozi agricultural project,their monthly income was very low compared to their monthly income after becoming members of Rugeramigozi agricultural project.Due to increment of their monthly income,the respondents have confirmed to be able to make social achievements due to Rugeramigozi agricultural project where the respondents said that Rugeramigozi agricultural project allowed the people to pay health insurance,to get food,to access education for their children without problems and to build their own houses after becoming members Rugeramigozi agricultural project.From the study findings,the researcher has confirmed that all objectives of the study are achieved.The study recommended that Government should play any important role in sensibilization on project planning to risk reduction during their implementation to the population.The regular training on project planning to risk reduction during their implementation should organize.The study also recommends to Rugeramigozi agriculture project to strengthen on planning to the risk reduction during their implementation.
