With the sustainable development of industry,the industrial technological innovation is now in a bottleneck period,Cause of the fundamental demands of industry,to product a better product with a lower cost,Automation production equipment is an important cornerstone for 2025 “China Production”,It is the most important part for informatization production,physical cyber and intelligence production.Many companies now plan to use automation production equipment instead of original equipment,Cause of the automation equipment integration project’s features,more related suppliers,more technical clarification requirements and project time is tight,Many projects can`t be finished in time cause of the unsuitable project plan and not friendly project member’s coordination during the project start period,It brings loss to all members,also to the customers.This paper is based on the research of project planning method and analyzes the key factors for this kind of project implementation,In the project start-up phase,through PBS-WBS method the paper detailed analyze automation integration project work breakdown activities,through the critical path method to edit the project plan,and create communication tools such as general coordination form.The project planning method and the members’ communication tools have been tested in the large gear shaft automatic production project,This method can meet the various members’ project schedule management requirements,It also made the large gear shaft automatic production project startup phase is completed on time. |
