| Since entering the 21 st century,China's automobile industry has developed rapidly and experienced a high growth rate.However,in recent years,with the slowdown of the macro economy and the increase in the popularity of automobiles,coupled with the current huge volume,it is foreseeable that the rapid volume growth in future has basically peaked.However,as the maturity of the market improves and the industrial transformation and upgrading,there are also significant opportunities for the companies with core technologies and efficient management system.Therefore,facing the challenges of slowing growth and opportunities for industrial transformation and upgrading,how to adjust and optimize the company's customer management strategy in a changing environment,to gain an advantage in the competition,is great important to the company in the auto parts industry.This paper takes H company in the auto parts industry as an example to explore how to optimize the customer management strategy for related companies.The paper firstly combs the development of customer management theory and introduces the latest customer management theory: Including management concepts,management system and the application of new technologies in customer management.In particularly,it introduces customer positioning,customer segmentation,and develops high-quality interactive plans for key customers,provides differentiated products and services,and build the management operation system through establishing efficient business processes,using“4P+4C” marketing strategies to create the customer-centric management system,etc.After systematically analyzing the external environment in which H Company is located,we apply the latest customer management theory analysis to identify the customer management problems faced by H Company and why these problems happened.Then make a clear customer positioning and segmentation for H Company,and develop a clear customer strategy for the key customers,optimize the customer operation system and management processes,adopt customer management software system to build efficient customer management process.Implement customer management strategies by developing specific action plan.Finally,the shortcomings of the research in this paper are summarized,and the direction of future research is given.Through the systematically analysis and the proposed solutions,it provides referable solutions for relevant enterprises in the auto parts industry. |
