At present, the domestic auto industry competition is intense, whether the vehicle factory or auto parts company. Therefore, aiming at the increasingly intense competition situation, must establish a scientific marketing strategy. Through the scientific marketing strategy formulation and orderly implementation and management of enterprises, so that enterprises in the ups and downs of the sea, in an invincible position, and all this also has great practical significance.First of all, the paper according to the market situation analyzes the status of China’s automobile industry, development trend and external environment of automobile parts industry brought about by the impact; secondly, the paper introduces the ZF auto parts company’s enterprise development present situation, trend and the marketing environment; with the use of the five analysis model, SWOT analysis and other research methods, ZF auto parts company where the status of the industry, its status is analyzed, and on this basis, the use of STP analysis method, proposed the enterprise specific target market positioning.
