Study On The Development Of Low-Carbon Agriculture In Mudanjiang City

With the rapid development of China's agriculture,the disadvantages of traditional agriculture are constantly exposed,and the development trend of modern agriculture is imperative.Low-carbon agriculture,based on its environment-friendly model and based on reducing carbon emissions,is a lasting and extremely difficult systematic project.Since the CPC central committee meeting in 2009 proposed the development of low-carbon agriculture,mudanjiang city has gradually carried out the construction of low-carbon agriculture system based on its own resources and environmental advantages under the requirements of policies.After years of development,in the low carbon agriculture construction has made great progress,but there are still many deficiencies,how the farmers economic benefits as the core ideas to build to "three agriculture" this seemingly decrease under the policy of agricultural income,promote the development of low carbon agriculture also became the mudanjiang must face the problem for a long time,therefore,the research of low carbon agriculture development to improve the regional agriculture income,improve farmers' low carbon consciousness,practice of low carbon concept,both economic growth and environmental benefits have important value.From this perspective,this paper USES the literature review method,SWOT analysis method and analytic hierarchy process to comprehensively explore the development status,development environment and influencing factors of low-carbon agriculture in mudanjiang city,and puts forward the safeguard measures for the development of low-carbon agriculture in agricultural reclamation 857 farm.The main structure of this paper is as follows: firstly,the background,purpose and significance of this study are introduced in the basic chapter,and the research status at home and abroad and the support of relevant conceptual theories are used to lay a solid theoretical and practical foundation for the later research.Secondly,the status quo of low-carbon agriculture development in mudanjiang city is introduced,which is summarized as continuous improvement of low-carbon agriculture policies,steady development of green agriculture,continuous development of low-carbon agriculture technologies and gradual improvement of low-carbon planting system.Thirdly,the classic SWOT analysis and AHP method were used to analyze the low-carbon agriculture development of mudanjiang city and put forward the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats of the low-carbon agriculture development of mudanjiang city.In the development of low-carbon agriculture in mudanjiang city,the impact of the carbon cycle is the largest,followed by the carbon fixation capacity and the agricultural low-carbon technology,and finally the carbon input.The low carbon agricultural development of foreign and domestic experience put forward countermeasures and Suggestions to promote the development of mudanjiang city low carbon agriculture,including setting low carbon agricultural development planning,improving the agricultural credit system,improve the agricultural ecological compensation mechanism,formation is beneficial to the development of low-carbon agriculture achievements appraisal mechanism,improve the scientific and technological innovation system,improve the agricultural information service system and strengthening agricultural human resources training.
