With the improving and developing of engineering technology and safety equipment of construction companies,human factors have become the main cause of corporate safety accidents.Accident statistics show that about 90% of construction accidents are caused by workers' unsafe behavior.Reducing unsafe behavior of construction workers has become an effective measure to improve the high-level safety accident detection of construction companies.As the agent of organization and management,the manager is responsible for on-site safety affairs and is an important influencing factor for worker behavior.It can effectively improve the unsafe behavior of workers and reduce safety accidents.Therefore,in order to fundamentally improve corporate safety leadership and safety behavior,It is imperative to clarify the role of managerial leadership style and the safety behavior of workers,which has a positive effect on the safe production of construction companies.The research adopts the methods of questionnaire survey and interview to collect data,using SPSS17.0 and AMOS20.0 software to analyze the data,differentiate and analyze the dimensions of construction enterprise managers,analyze the relationship between the manager's leadership style and the safety behavior of the construction workers,and examine the adjustment role of the intergenerational differences.Get the following conclusions:(1)The leadership mode of managers of building construction companies is a five dimensional scale that includes arbitrary,rude,benevolent,transaction,and freedom.The prepared managerial leadership style scale has good reliability and validity and operability.(2)The arbitrary,rude,benevolent,transaction,and freedom dimensions of leadership style have significant effects on the safety participation of construction workers.Among them,arbitrary and rude leadership have a significant negative impact on safety participation,benevolent,transactional,and freedom leadership have a significant positive impact on security participation;the arbitrary,rude,benevolent,and transactional dimensions of leadership style have a significant positive effect on security compliance,and there is no significant role relationship between freedom leadership and security compliance.(3)The intergenerational difference has a partial moderating effect on the impact of leadership on the safety behavior,and there is a significant regulatory role in arbitrary,rude,benevolent and trading methods on security behavior,and there is also a regulatory role in free mode on security participation.(4)Safety management of construction enterprises can focus on selection of managers,management level of managers,selection of leadership style and differential management.
