Analysis On Transformation Of Guotai Junan Securities In The Blockchain Base On Financial Performance

Since the reform and opening up,China's economy has been increasing year in,the economic growth rate is stable,market competition is more and more fierce,many industries are brewing a big change.With the rapid development of science and technology,the securities service industry is also facing changes.In order to adapt to the market investment demand and the continuous enrichment of financial products,the major securities service providers are vigorously carry out changes in the hope that the road of technological innovation to seize the dividend for the future development of enterprises to lay a good foundation,to lead the market development rather than be eliminated by the market.Based on the financial statements disclosed by the Guotai Securities Company and the same industry,combined with the database of the Guotaian,this paper evaluates and analyses the financial performance of Guotai Company by Factor analysis method,Based on the data and database,the paper gives the Guotai company new financial performance evaluation after the application of block chain technology,and obtains the transition conclusion.The selected representative financial ability index and the data processing process all depend on SPSS22.0 the data processing software obtains,the data reliability is strong,the analysis ability is thorough.Then,based on the result of factor analysis,the conclusions and transformation suggestions are given.This paper is divided into six chapters,the first chapter introduces the background significance,research methods and the theoretical framework of the article.The second chapter is the literature review and the status quo analysis,from two points of view to evaluate the existing research trends,as a prerequisite for this study.The third chapter mainly introduces the technology of Block chain,analyzes the technology of the securities industry,and evaluates the application system of the block chain technology in the securities industry.The fourth chapter is based on the Guotai and the same industry compared to the financial data of the securities company empirical analysis,according to the factor analysis method to deal with data evaluation of its financial performance level.The fifth chapter on the basis of the fourth chapter of the block chain technology after the application of the financial factor analysis again,to change some variables to get a new performance evaluation,according to the data indicators to obtain a reasonable mode of transformation of enterprises.The sixth chapter analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the research and gives the summary and prospect.Through the analysis of financial performance factors,the following conclusions are drawn:block chain technology has a great influence on the securities industry,the current Guotai financial performance evaluation is high but the application of block chain technology after the decline is obvious,the demand for transition is urgent,in order to ensure the overall performance level,the company should be reformed from the Brokerage fees should be reduced income at the same time increase other business development efforts.The purpose of this paper is to provide reference advice for enterprises in the transformation of financial Technology Service mode.
