Brilliant quality represents especial the competitiveness of the enterprise,quality competitiveness is not innate which can make success by keeping continuous improvement step by step and braving to challenge itself to satisfy our customer.Each production enterprise now are facing the issue how to effectively manage product quality,which is also focused on in this article.This paper takes T enterprise as the research sample,analyzes its deficiencies in product quality management,diagnose causes and improvement measures.T enterprise is an automobile parts company which is focused on development and manufacturing,in the process of development it has made some achievements,but has more and more customer complaints as well.Customers in recent years set up the high quality targets such as reduced customer complains,lower the internal process of scrap rate and lower price of part,the previous quality method cannot keep up with customer's expectations.Upgrading the requirements make the T enterprise more problems in quality management such as the operation problems,checking method is not scientific,the injection parameters is not reasonable and so on.In order to solve the problem of T enterprises in quality management,meet the customers' demands on quality,reduce the cost of failure of products due to quality problems,and improve the profits of T enterprises.In this paper,we firstly show the current situation by using Plato and histogram of the seven tools of quality management to find out the main problem in product quality management;Then using the fishbone and brainstorm method to analyze the causes and the factors such as man,equipment,materials,methods and environmental factors affecting the product process quality were determined.Third,design solutions to the problem including the use of measurement system analysis(MSA)to eliminate the impact of measurement tools on product size;Optimum parameters are determined by using the design of experiment(DOE)which stabilize the product size;By using the improvement of the procedures and monitoring,the implementation of standardized operation of four steps training which prevents from error operation;Error proving is used eliminate the operator to make mistakes,the qualified rate of products is improved;Last statistical process control(SPC)was used to monitor and predict quality process.At the same time,with the control of the change point,the process are under control,and quality award can guarantee the long-term effectiveness.This article research results can not only solve the problem of T enterprises and improve production quality,and it can bring such as efficiency improvement,cost reduction,process optimization and other benefits,but also for other similar enterprises improve product quality,enhance their competitive advantage to provide an idea and a reference.
