With the development of socialist economy,the country has put forward the concept of "green agriculture,organic food",and the food industry should also upgrade to meet the requirements of consumers on food quality and safety.With the improvement of people's living standards,people are paying more and more attention to health issues,especially food safety.There is an old saying that "food is the most important thing for people".However,important changes have taken place in the modern sense.In addition to the pursuit of food to meet people's survival needs,people's needs for "quality" and "health" should be satisfied.To some extent,it is to meet the dual needs of material and spiritual.Based on this,the major food production enterprises in the production of food process,pay more attention to the "quality" and "health" of food,pay more attention to the establishment of food brand.The major food production and processing enterprises strive to change the market demand today,will focus on people's demand for healthy food,accelerate the pace of enterprise transformation and upgrading,constantly accelerate research and development,produce more consumer needs of food.This study takes lean management implementation of forest food processing enterprises in Y city as the research content and XX wild specialty food company as an example to focus on the application and practical effect of lean management.Relying on the natural conditions provided by the natural system and the material and energy provided by the elements of the environmental system,Y city has a good foundation and great potential for the development of the food industry.However,the development speed of forest food processing enterprises is too slow,the brand awareness is not high,and the innovation is poor,which are the adverse factors restricting the development of wild specialty food processing enterprises.In order to achieve the maximization of economic benefits and sustainable development,the management mode adopted is very necessary,and the application of lean management theory shows certain advantages.Enterprise production,operation,sales,innovation and other aspects of the overall renewal of the enterprise,can yet be regarded as a viable choice.This study conducted an in-depth study on lean management of forest food enterprises in Y city,trying to realize the goal of forest food going to the whole country and selling to overseas through the promotion of lean management mode,and trying to build more local brands of forest food in Y city.In order to support the in-depth research,the author has done a lot of preparatory work,including: writing background,significance,literature review and ideas.This research mainly from the perspective of lean management Y city forest food industry transformation and development problems,through a large number of literature research,lean management theory summary to this article has a meaning,characteristics,development status,model and application in the production and processing enterprises and innovation of knowledge,and lay the solid theoretical basis for the later.Before the study began,the author made an in-depth investigation of the actual situation of XX special food company in Y city,analyzed its internal and external environment,and then analyzed the necessity of implementing lean management from three aspects: to achieve benefits from management,enhance market competitiveness,innovate and develop continuously.In the process of implementing lean management in XX wild specialty food company,I designed the scheme,implemented it from the perspective of introducing lean ideas,implementing lean methods,establishing lean organizations and forming lean processes,and analyzed the powerful factors driving the scheme implementation and the effect after implementation.It is hoped that this study will play a certain role in promoting the production management level and the improvement of market competitiveness of XX wild specialty food co.,ltd.and provide some reference value for other enterprises in the same industry to apply lean management thoughts and practices.
