At present, the power industry has become a national economic lifeline of the location. The safety production of the power supply enterprise has an important influence on national security and social stability, and needs to be highly valued in the process of enterprise management. On the other hand, electric power industry is still one of the most recognized high-risk industries in the society. As the basic guarantee for the realization of economic benefits, the safety production should be treated as the most important part of all the work in the electric power enterprises. All this makes the power grid security management issues even more prominent. Based on the above background, this paper will make a systematic study on the lean management of electric enterprise safety production.In this paper, on the basis of the research about the relevant theoretical system of the lean management in the safety production process, the conclusion is drawn that the method is applicable to the production process of the power supply enterprise. Subsequently, through access to information, investigation of power supply enterprise safety production situation and problems analysis, summed up the focus of its presence in the organization system, operation system and information system security problems. On this basis, a detailed study was launched about the safety of the power supply enterprise lean production management.According to the safety management goal, make the ideas of safety management and construct the power supply enterprise security lean production management system which combines the PDCA cycle management thought. In the system, the main tasks of the planning phase include clearing safety goals, clearing the project implementation of the object, the feasibility analysis of the project and the development of the project implementation plan; the main tasks of the implementation phase includes preparatory work before the implementation of the project,carrying out lean management about safety in production; the main tasks, in the examination phase, include construction project evaluation index system, carrying out post evaluation of safety production and lean management project in power supply enterprise. During the inspection stage and treatment stage, the main work includes safety inspection, safety evaluation, and corrective deviation.Finally, M power supply enterprise as an example is used to study the concrete implementation aspects of lean management of safety production and the set value iteration method is used to determine the level of rating index weight, using analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to determine the second and third grade rating index weight, and finally combining matter element extension model to evaluate the implementation effect. The evaluation results show that the security level of lean production management project is "good", therefore the lean management method can help power companies to improve the organizational system, operation system, information system construction, thereby reducing the security issues.The successful implementation also shows that the method can be used for the safety management of similar power supply enterprises.The main difficulty and innovation of this paper lie in the integration of the lean management based on PDCA cycle management and the safety production management of power supply enterprise,and making building a lean management system successfully.
