Science and technology are the primary productive forces.Under the general trend of rapid development of science and technology and economic globalization,enterprise competition is ultimately the competition of talents.Among them,professional and technical talents are the source of eternal creativity and a strong guarantee for sustainable and healthy development in manufacturing enterprises.As one of the industry's leading automotive electronic components manufacturing enterprises,T company can suit the market changes,product innovation upgrades with more domestic intelligence and interconnected features,young guys with active thinking and creativity make the largest contribution to help T company play a decisive role in the fierce competition of the market.At the same time,young professionals are making contributions to the development and competitiveness of enterprises,and also make higher requirements for the growth space granted by enterprises.Statistics show that,the T company under 35 professional and technical staff accounted for 66% of the total number of bachelor degree or above personnel accounted for 82.7%,and the selection of high proportion was only 14%,exposed the whole ageing cadres,fully illustrate the urgency of the optimize T young cadres.But young T company's existing professional and technical personnel career development channel status worrying: state-owned enterprises restructuring for nearly 30 years,enterprise culture,loss of youth incentive promotion mechanism,seniority young professional and technical personnel turnover rate high,youth facing the phenomenon such as insufficient strength,loyalty seriously affect the enterprise development.So on the prominent question,the T company has set up a new youth development committee(hereinafter referred to as YPDC),broaden the young rising channel,professional and technical personnel pushing old department recommended channel is neck and neck with the current form the dual channel T company staff development.The main purpose of this topic is to:1.Based on the T company's existing staff development,youth development committee(hereinafter referred to as YPDC,young people under 35)created with the selection,training,assessment and evaluation phase.In order to improve the incentive and promotion mechanism of T company and help enterprises retain talents,a new way is found for young professionals to be promoted to senior professionals.At the same time,it has certain guiding significance for enterprise's next five-year plan and enterprise human resource planning.2.Support the rapid development of business needs.With T company relocated to the new factory,the production capacity will increase 20 times,sales in the next five years is expected to realize the span from 1 billion to 2.5 billion.Young people are the main force to achieve this goal.Like a timely rain,YPDC can quickly set up a youth talent echelon and concentrate the power of youth.3.Effectively improving the comprehensive ability and personal cultivation of young talents,YPDC is a ladder for the growth of young talents.YPDC will revolve around "comprehensive knowledge,enterprise culture,personal accomplishment,all kinds of" four theme hired well-known training lecturer,exciting development training,benchmarking visit and communication with management of "zero distance",rich and colorful games and so on to help people improve their comprehensive ability.Youth development committee's first phase has a happy ending,through the selection,training,assessment,and has been successfully push 15 young professional and technical staff to enter to be completely YPDC major breakthroughs were made in way of innovative talents.However,in the process of the integration of old and new channels in the process of operation,this paper gives an innovative solution to this problem.
