In the background of the gradual deepening of reform and opening up and China's transformation from a big manufacturing nation to a strong manufacturing nation,this paper is a historical opportunity for the development of antenna products in the grand goal of "made in China 2015".China's characteristic society has entered a new era,and the growing material culture needs a more rich and individualized demand for scientific and technological products.Consumer demand for product quality,price,service and so on is higher.At this stage,the product quality and cost are still the main body of competition.With the progress of the times,the production cycle will be the key to determine the result of the competition.Relatively backward research project management plan has become the focus of attention of science and technology engineering institutes.Especially for high-tech antennas,we need to comply with market demand changes and achieve short term delivery.The fluctuating market demand forces production plans to change regularly.The existing research project management planning method must respond to the change of production plan quickly,solve the resource conflicts and bottlenecks in the production process,predict the delivery cycle accurately,and establish a good user reputation image.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the management of scientific research and production in the antenna industry.In this paper,the antenna production management of the antenna specialty in the W Research Institute of large research institutes is the research object.First,the author consults the relevant literature on mass production management,compares and analyzes the production planning and scheduling methods of TOC,MRPII and JIT,and summarizes their respective advantages and disadvantages.Combined with their actual management positions,the advantages of TOC constraint theory in production planning management were mainly studied,and the basic principles and bottleneck analysis methods of TOC were studied,so as to lay a good theoretical foundation for solving the specific problems of W Research Institute.The present situation and problems of the antenna production in the W Institute are analyzed on the basis of the survey and the summary of his own work.Due to the current professional antenna antenna products has the characteristics of technical state uncertainty,variety,complex structures,which have brought challenges to antenna production management,however,there is a prominent antenna production scheduling problem of subjectivity,the process is not smooth,high cost,resource conflicts,points out the goal of ascension for the subsequent optimization.The current predicament of antenna production is defined.Based on the experience of TOC,tools and ideas,combined with the experience gained from management positions,the Bottleneck Identification and optimization of antenna production is carried out in practice,and the working process is straightened out.The calibration and equipment resource optimization and priority sorting algorithm,the quantitative optimization of the bottleneck of the existing management plans,and combined with information technology,the project management system is optimized and upgraded,received a good improvement effect,achieve the expected goal.The research results of this paper provide an effective scientific method and optimization approach for the plan management and management of the antenna specialty department.Through the system development,practical operation and practice verification,the professional research and production management level and labor productivity of the professional department have been greatly improved.The optimization method has also practiced an optimization way for the management of other manufacturing industries. |
