In recent years,China’s economy has developed rapidly,infrastructure has been gradually established,and the demand for commercial vehicles has been growing.The rapid development of the whole Chinese auto industry has greatly promoted the production scale and total volume of auto parts companies,and at the same time led to the fierce competition among auto parts companies.In the horizontal field,the manufacturing cost of enterprise products is also continuing to increase,and the demand for downstream raw materials in the vertical field increases in price,and the sales growth trend of upstream engine plants also begins to decline significantly.The production cost of enterprises also has a certain increase,almost all parts production enterprises,in order to get higher income in the current market environment,it is necessary to continue to do a good job in the management and promotion of product lines.Because balancing the production line is the most important work in the above fields,improving the structure of the production line to enable its balanced development is the focus of future automotive parts enterprises.Article first introduces the research background,research significance,and the production line balance state of the domestic research in the theory of constraints and related theory knowledge,then expounds the TOC operations planning principles,TOC,focusing on the five step process,line balancing,etc.The corresponding data,understand the impact of,through in-depth analysis and research to improve production line system actively,The principle and method of balance optimization of production line are discussed.Based on the production line of wuxi cummins turbocharger line imbalance,waiting for is serious,the production efficiency is low,by using investigation method,stopwatch,pile mountain high figure methods such as quantitative analysis was carried out on the supercharger production line process,dig out the bottleneck station,late to play a key role in improving direction.Third,in view of the problems of low working intensity and long waiting time of off-line stations,the "FOUR Principles of ECRS" of program analysis in basic industrial engineering are used to cancel and rearrange the off-line stations to achieve the effect of reducing one operator.Fourth: In view of the bottleneck station,through standard operation combination ticket and action analysis,process program analysis,the beat time is reduced,the balance of production line is optimized,the efficiency is greatly improved,and the scheme is provided for the enterprise to reduce cost and increase efficiency.Fifth,for the imbalance between capacity and demand in the current market,TOC analysis method is used in the paper to carry out theoretical research,and then combined with DBR model to carry out corresponding analysis.On this basis,the effective measures to improve production line capacity and balance customer demand are obtained.Sixth,in view of the problems analyzed by 5M factors,the problems affecting the balance of production line can be effectively solved through a series of measures such as job skills training plan,TPM promotion,material layout improvement,material visualization,and AGV robot material delivery.Finally,through the summary and improvement of the balance process of the supercharger production line,the company achieved a significant improvement in efficiency,met the changeable needs of customers,and played a positive impact on the company’s production cost management.The summary and improvement of the balance problem of the production line provides a reference for the balance practice of other production lines.
