Research On The Development Of New Urbanization And Agricultural Modernization In Lu'an Under The Background Of "Three Rights Separation"

Under the background of the reform of "Three Rights Separation ",this paper refers to the new urbanization and agricultural modernization construction mode,takes the relevant theory as the theoretical basis,uses entropy method and coupling coordination model,uses qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis,and combines theoretical and empirical research methods to study the new urbanization and agriculture in Lu'an.On the basis of empirical research on the development of industrial modernization,this paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions according to the development of new urbanization and agricultural modernization in Lu'an.Firstly,this paper mainly introduces the development background,research purpose and significance of the reform of "Three Rights Separation ",the new-type urbanization and agricultural modernization in Lu'an,and summarizes and comments on the current research situation at home and abroad.By sorting out the existing research results of the new-type urbanization and the development of agricultural modernization,this paper points out the importance of the reform.The research methods and innovations of this article.Secondly,this paper mainly expounds the theoretical basis of the reform of "Three Rights Separation ",new urbanization,agricultural modernization and the coordination of "two modernizations",summarizes their basic connotation and mechanism of action,and provides a theoretical reference for the construction of new urbanization and agricultural modernization evaluation index system.Thirdly,according to the basic principles of index construction,the first-class index is designed,and then the second-class and third-class indexes are designed according to their connotation and characteristics to complete the preliminary construction of the index system,and then the relevant index numbers of the statistical yearbook and statistical bulletin of Lu'an from 2010 to 2017 are collected.According to the standardization,principal component analysis is used to screen the indicators,eliminate redundant indicators,and finally build an evaluation index system suitable for Lu'an.Fourthly,according to the evaluation index system of "two modernizations",this paper makes an empirical study on the development of "two modernizations".The comprehensive development index of the new urbanization and agricultural modernization in Lu'an from 2010 to 2017 is calculated by using the multi-indexcomprehensive evaluation method based on entropy weight,and the comprehensive development of the two cities in Lu'an is evaluated and analyzed.The index also evaluates and analyzes the coupling and coordinated development of "two modernizations" in Lu'an,summarizes the existing problems in the development of "two modernizations" in Lu'an through empirical evaluation,and puts forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions.Finally,the paper summarizes and analyzes the research results,and summarizes the research results and shortcomings of the paper.
