Abstract/Summary:
In recent years,China's commercial Banks in terms of business performance,capital strength,and achieved great progress in the integration,internationalization,but does not match with it is that Chinese banking business model still is given priority to with the traditional deposit and lending business,spreads the profit,and light weight scale benefit,business transformation is relatively slow.In macroeconomic growth,market-oriented interest rate reform process to accelerate,asset quality pressure increasing,the industry regulations become more severe,under the background of Internet financial brings huge impact,rapid economic growth and price controls have bonuses will disappear,Banks must not indulge in the scale expansion,have to plan ahead and save for a rainy day,to realize the business transformation as soon as possible,through the value of endogenous growth,sustainable development construction of long-term mechanism,thus win the market recognition.As the most sensitive nerve endings of commercial Banks,customer managers shoulder the responsibilities of market development,product sales and customer service of commercial Banks.It can be said that without client manager,commercial Banks will become "water without source" and "forest without wood" even if they have the best strategy and idea.Therefore,how to do a good job in performance management of customer managers and guide customer managers to drive business development through assessment and resources are the key to business transformation of commercial Banks.In this paper,XX bank ZZ branch was selected to conduct research and analyze its basic principles of performance appraisal management for public account managers,establishment of assessment indicators,allocation of resources,formulation of long-term business strategy and cultivation of core competitiveness.To sort out the actual requirements of performance management of corporate customer managers,business development guidelines and policies,as well as the limitations of internal management and system operation and maintenance of the branch;Found that the difference between the current file with the actual demand,and the relationship between sustainable development,from the file to improve the implementation of the performance appraisal work efficiency and effectiveness of punishment,the XX bank ZZ branch of performance management,the formulation of assessment index,such as configuration of financial resources for comprehensive optimization,in order to in China by the high speed economic development to the development of high quality transformation stage,for XX bank ZZ branch performance management thinking.The study is divided into six chapters to elaborate relevant contents.The first chapter is the introduction,which mainly explains the background and significance of the topic,the research summary at home and abroad,the research methods and framework of the paper.Chapter two introduces the performance management method and structure of XX bank ZZ branch based on the development stage.The third chapter introduces the problems and crux of performance management of XX bank ZZ branch at the present stage,analyzes its causes and solves its prevention.Chapter 4 focuses on the performance management scheme design of XX bank ZZ branch,and systematically propose and eliminate solutions by analyzing the objectives,principles and vision of performance management.The fifth chapter is the safeguard measures of performance management optimization,providing technical support and implementation guarantee for the problems and solutions studied in the above chapter.Chapter 6 is the conclusion,which mainly summarizes the contents of the previous chapters.To sum up,this study is expected to provide reference for future performance management of XX bank ZZ branch and other commercial Banks and provide analysis samples and reference significance for similar financial institutions in China.
