Account Manager as a bridge between the banks and their customers, both the bank and the customer relations representative, but also banks on behalf of external business, the core staff of commercial banks, and its performance management is particularly important. On the one hand, this study can enrich the content of the commercial bank account manager performance management. Account Manager not only represents the banks to develop customer relationships, understanding customer needs, timely coordination of the bank’s internal resources, in accordance with the principles of high quality, efficient, convenient, and efficient, providing customers with a comprehensive package of services; the other hand, can help banks to develop customer relationships, provide comprehensive services sell bank products, expanding the banking business, coordination within the relationship, and efficient customer service, collecting customer information, to foster long-term customers. It can be said that the commercial bank account manager is a bridge for communication between banks and customers, they are the key employees and important assets of commercial banks. Characteristics from the manager of firm customers starting point, the use of a combination of theory and case studies, field research to analyse the current status of the commercial bank account manager performance management, the use of modern scientific theory, and learn from the successful firm account manager experience in performance management, improving performance management deficiencies of the current client manager. In particular, to design a more reasonable commercial bank account manager performance evaluation index system, and the analytic hierarchy process to give appropriate weight, so as to improve the entire performance management system, to promote the performance management of commercial banks to the account manager.
