Under the background of economic system reform,the rise of Internet Finance and private banks,great changes have taken place in the external operating environment of Chinese commercial banks.The increasingly fierce competition among banking financial institutions is not only manifested in financial product innovation and risk prevention and control measures,but also reflected in the competition for outstanding talents.Human resource is one of the key factors in the core competitiveness of enterprises.As the core content of human resource management,performance management has been attached importance to by more and more commercial banks.As the business representative of the bank,the customer manager is an important new force to maximize the performance of the bank,shouldering the important responsibilities and tasks of expanding customer resources,mining customer purchasing power and marketing financial products.At present,the competition in the financial market is more and more fierce.For commercial banks,it is very important to achieve effective evaluation and incentive to the customer managers.It is urgent to establish a scientific,reasonable and fair performance management plan for the commercial banks.How to design a set of performance management system that meets the requirements of their own development and stimulates the enthusiasm and initiative of the customer managers according to the current management practice and strategic planning requirements has become an important problem faced by most commercial banks.Based on the theoretical knowledge and method model of performance management,this paper first expounds the status and achievements of the research on employee performance management at home and abroad.Then based on the present status of performance management of customer manager of L bank as the research object,introduces the customer manager team and the performance management of the basic situation,find out the existing performance management system and work in the problems of application of the index set and results of process management,and refers to the necessity and urgency of the reform of the clear performance.At the same time,from the aspects of ideology,system and mechanism,business philosophy,measures and culture construction,we deeply analyze the causes of the problem and optimize and improve the performance management system.Finally,in order to ensure the smooth implementation of the performance management scheme,from personnel,system construction,technical support,publicity and guidance,the standard management of different perspectives and puts forward suggestions and measures to optimize L bank customer manager performance management,and provide reference for other commercial bank customer manager performance management.
