Research On The Framework And Key Links Of Green Textile Supply Chain

In recent years,under the dual crisis of environmental pollution and shortage of resources,the increasingly prominent pollution problems in the textile industry have made it face greater environmental challenges.At the same time,as the living standards of consumers continue to increase and the demand for green and healthy products continues to grow,the textile industry is in urgent need of “green” reforms and breakthroughs.The green supply chain involves environmental impacts and resource optimization.It has been a research hotspot all the time.The green textile supply chain in the textile industry considers environmental protection and resource utilization issues from various aspects such as textile production.It is an effective way to increase the overall benefit level of the supply chain and promote the textile companies to fulfill their environmental protection responsibilities.This article takes the green textile supply chain as the research object,and focuses on analyzing the system framework of the green textile supply chain and some of its links.First of all,the construction principles of the framework of the green textile supply chain system are analyzed,and the characteristics of the textile supply chain and the green textile supply chain are combined.First of all,the objectives,operational constraints,and operational processes of the textile supply chain are analyzed,and considering the characteristics of the textile industry,focusing on five links,including the green procurement of green textile supply chains,green textile production,green textile marketing,green logistics,green recycling of waste,and IDEF0 method is used to build a green textile supply chain system framework.It provides reference and guidance for the establishment of green textile supply chain.Based on the green textile supply chain system framework,further research was conducted on green procurement and green textile production links.Analyzing the influencing factors of green procurement,the green procurement process of the supply chain is proposed.For the question of how to select raw material suppliers,catastrophe progression method is used to construct the evaluation model for selection of raw material suppliers in the green textile supply chain,and then one-to-many and many-to-many purchase volume distribution models are built based on the evaluation of the selection results.In response to the green textile production process,through the analysis of the influencing factors of the green production process,the production process of the textile supply chain is studied,and an environmental impact assessment model for the green production process of the green textile supply chain is constructed.Finally,a corresponding green production strategy is put forward for the textile industry.It provides a reference for textile companies to implement green production.
