Nowadays, supply chain has dominated business competition in global market. Meanwhile, in face of the resource shortage, the worsening environment and more strict environmental protection policy, how to improve the integrated performance of supply chain, how to make a sustainable development, are becoming the essential topic for supply chain theory and practice, and thus directly cause the emergence of Green Supply Chain Management (GSCM), which combined green concept with sustainable development idea. However, the supplier evaluation and selection is the key and difficult issue in the process of GSC implementation.Firstly, based on the analysis of background and objective of GSC research, this thesis reviews correlative researches of GSC, put forward the overall framework of the thesis; secondly, in order to establish the GSC concept model and define the Green concept clearly, it analyses basic characteristics and the essence of GSC besides those differences between GSC and traditional supply chain. And then, the GSC evaluation indices system is built by extending the supply chain SCOR model and using the Balanced Score Card method.For Green supplier evaluation, the thesis established the Triangular fuzzy function Fuzzy-AHP evaluation model. In this model, it applies the combined weight algorithm which evolved from Delphi-AHP method and Entropy weight method, uses triangular fuzzy function to determine those indices membership and analyses fuzzy integrated operator selection. Finally, we verify the feasibility of this model by empirical analysis.For Green supplier selection, this thesis uses the attribute reduction method to eliminate those excrescent indices and determines weight by applying the information entropy concept and the importance of attribute, and establishs supplier selection based on green degree finally.
