| Under the circumstances of deterioration in the global environment today, the green supply ch- ain management is bound to become an enterprise pattern to achieve sustainable development prefer- ence mode. OEM is a realistic approach of Chinese manufacturing industry, And supply chain mana- gement is necessary to win to win for Chinese OEM enterprise and its customers. This paper is writen from the perspectives of the connotative meaning of the theory of Supply Chain Management, SCM. And then the article analysis the differences between the Green SCM and the trandition SCM. At the same time, the features of the SCM in the OEM enterprise are also written. On the basis of above analysis, an adequate mode of the green SCM in the OEM enterprise is put forward. The concrete steps are, by building the Green Supply Chain Partnership, GSCP with the suppliers and practicing the green producing in the B company, the implementation of the green supply chain in the B company is good to its permanent development and good to the environment,From the beginning of the 1990s, Green SCM has been a hot academic and commercial research and development area. Especially for many Chinese OEM enterprises. The study of the application of the green SCM in Chinese OEM enterprises is helpful for Chinese enterprises to upgrade its manage-ment and to enhance its international competitiveness. |
