The traditional inventory of pharmaceutical logistics distribution management has shown many defects and Shortcomings.In the environment of increasingly fierce competition,logistics cooperation and sporadic interventions exit in many supply chain system.At the same time,all kinds of barriers to communication and information barriers exist between various enterprises,resulting in the entire supply chain system inventory limit high.Therefore,the Vendor Managed Inventory(VMI)as a kind of integrated supply chain management mode,completely changed the traditional mode of operation of the inventory,the inventory decision-making power over to a supplier,through integration,logistics and distribution management,inventory control,to reduce overall inventory objective.Therefore,VMI as a kind of modern inventory and logistics operation mode is more and more widely used,and has achieved remarkable success.For a long time,Sinopharm Shaanxi Co.,Ltd.(Shaanxi GKSX)inventory and warehouse management is a relatively independent and closed centralized management;purchase process is mostly based on the purchasing department,by contract and credit payment.As most state-owned monopoly company,Shaanxi GKSX Company is facing the logistics distribution of small scale,poor concentration,low degree of specialization,the upper limit of high inventory,service level is not high,and prominent restricts the long-term development of enterprises.Therefore,on the base of review of logistics management,distribution services,VMI mode and business theory and practice of process optimization,this research explored problems in Shaanxi GKSX,its development status,logistics management,distribution services and inventory management present situation analysis,a series of problems defined the Chinese medicine of Shaanxi GKSX logistics management such as the existence of the purchasing management means a single,the lack of supply process operation efficiency;on the premise and basis,from the procurement logistics management mode optimization of Chinese medicine,the VMI model of Shaanxi GKSX procurement logistics and warehousing and distribution service relationship between structure and management system based on the three aspects of materials warehouse management;secondly,from Shaanxi GKSX operated distribution services and purchase order management,replenishment parameter setting and information systems and docking,develop new procurement and distribution management scheme,and put forward corresponding management countermeasures.
