At present,in the face of new population problems such as"population aging","not strong fertility willingness" and "not getting rich first",China has a positive reality on the research on maternity insurance to propose new measures to deal with new problems.Theoretical significance.Based on the theoretical model of TB Smith's theory,this paper studies the method of satisfaction questionnaire survey,and reflects the achievements,shortcomings and influencing factors of Fuzhou's maternity insurance policy after four years of implementation..It mainly analyzes the satisfaction degree and influencing factors of the implementation policy of Fuzhou Maternity Insurance from the four aspects of policy itself,implementing agency,insured object and environment,and proposes solutions to the problems in policy implementation.The research results show that:Fuzhou City's maternity insurance centralized management policy is better,but there are certain problems;the centralized management policy itself is still compatible with the current situation,and has no significant impact on the implementation satisfaction;the implementing agency is in service.There is a high degree of satisfaction evaluation in terms of level and efficiency of the project,but it is necessary to strengthen the propaganda of the birth policy;on the target of the insured,the insured personnel have a general understanding of the policies and procedures,and have certain influence on the efficiency of policy implementation;Affecting the increase of local charging standards,resulting in an increase in the cost burden of fertility,and more prominent in the production inspection;in terms of demographic characteristics,Fuzhou maternity insurance centralized management policy implementation satisfaction is mainly affected by age,gender,occupation,income level It puts forward effective measures to improve the satisfaction of the implementation of the management policy of Fuzhou Maternity Insurance,such as the establishment of tripartite responsibility,maternity insurance and basic medical insurance.
