Study On B2B Platform Finance Of SMEs In Supply Chain Based On Game Theory

Due to the popularization of the Internet and development of Internet technology,on the one hand,spending habits and ways of financial consumers is shifting to online consumption from offline,which exposes cockamamie procedures,necessary collateral securities,low capital mobility,narrow coverage and other disadvantages.On the other hand,after applied in finance,Internet technology brings diversified financing ways to SMEs and also broadens their financing resources,which verifies financing choices of SMEs.In addition,the third-party financing is high cost,scattered information and high credit risky,which is opposite to modern supply chain management ideology.B2B platform supply chain finance uses convenient transaction technology to supply financing service for SMEs,which could achieve integration among capital flow,information flow,business flow and logistics,improve financing efficiency of SMEs,decrease financing costs,enlarge business ways of supply chain finance and enhance the competitiveness of whole supply chain.Whether B2B platform supply chain finance could attract SMEs applying supply chain finance,how to supervise conspire between B2B platform and SMEs are our research questions.Based on related references and surveys,this paper uses evolutionary game to build a model between B2B platform and SMEs and analyzes their revenues and costs.After numerical analysis,this paper is finding the way to solve whether B2B platform supply chain finance could attract SMEs applying supply chain finance.Furthermore,this paper also builds a model between commercial bank and core enterprise based on cooperative game theory,by which analyzing their revenues and whole revenue.After case analysis,this paper is finding the way to solve how to supervise conspire between B2B platform and SMEs.Through analyzing game relationships,on the one hand,B2B platform supply chain finance could attract SMEs applying supply chain finance,which could decrease management risk of SMEs and give advice for improving continuous operation.On the other hand,cooperation between commercial bank and core enterprise could decrease the probability of conspire between B2B platform and SMEs,which could reduce credit risk of SMEs.
