Study On The Problem Of Multi-echelon Inventory In Supply Chain For Antichemical Equipment

Chemical defense equipment supply chain management is of great significance to enhance the indemnificatory of chemical defense equipment.In the actual fact,there are some problems in the chemical defense equipment supply chain,such as managing the supplier not properly,forecasting the demand not accurately and the strategy not reasonable for controlling the inventory.These situation leads to huge cost of the troops and restrict the further enhance the performance of chemical defense equipment support.To effectively improve the quality of management of chemical defense equipment supply chain and enhance the ability of supporting the chemical defense equipment,the problem of supply chain management of the chemical defense equipment is studied in this thesis,focusing on the following three aspects:(1)Study on the evaluation and selection methods of chemical defense equipment supplier.According to the demand of supplier management,supplier evaluation index system,including twenty specific indexes,,is established the specific meaning of each index and the detailed calculation method are given.Then,the analytic hierarchy process is used to establish the index weight calculation model and the solution of the model is shown.Finally,the supplier evaluation and selection method based on the index system.(2)Study on the method of forecasting the chemical defense equipment demand based on historical data.Firstly,the actual situation of chemical equipment management is shown and the consumption characteristics are discussed.Then,according to the actual situation,four prediction models are established and the algorithms for the models are designed.Finally,method of evaluating the accuracy of each model is given.The purpose is to help the managers to choose the best model.(3)Optimizing the multi echelon inventory of chemical defense equipment supply chain based on virtual warehouse.Firstly,according to the actual situation of chemical equipment management,the chemical equipment supply chain inventory optimization problem is described.Two strategy of manage the supply chain are put forward,including the traditional strategy and the new one based on virtual inventory management.Then,supply chain inventory optimization model based on the virtual inventory is established.In view of the actual characteristics of the model,the simulation method is used to solve the model,and the simulation optimization model is established and the core algorithm of the simulation model is given.In this thesis,many works are carried out on the supplier evaluation,demand forecasting and inventory optimization.These works have great value for improve the quality of the chemical defense equipment supply chain.This thesis has important theoretical value and practical significance for chemical defense equipment supply chain management,which can be used to enhance the ability of supporting chemical defense equipment security.
