The development of enterprises in Mongolia is more restricted by economic constraints.At present,Mongolia is gradually paying attention to the management of enterprises and talents.Mongolia enterprises in the management of human resources development relatively late,especially after entering the new century,human resources personnel to take nonprofessional human resources management work,is bound to affect the plan of enterprise talent optimization in Mongolia,the effect of Mongolia's modernization enterprise reform.As Mongolia's students in the country's fourth thermal power plant as an example,through the analysis of literature and case,the existing pattern of recruitment,recruitment methods and effect were analyzed,and the existing problems in the recruitment optimization,put forward the corresponding countermeasures and improvement scheme,in order to improve the Mongolia fourth thermal power plant personnel the recruitment efficiency and management level,to ensure that the company recruitment quality,resulting in fierce competition in the market,to meet the company's strategic development of talent demand,provide ever fount talent dynamic sustainable and steady development of the business.This paper analyzes the current situation and problems of human resource management in Mongolia fourth thermal power plant,the first relates to the human resource theories are summarized,according to human resources which defines the recruitment process,put forward the six modules of human resources case,summarized the human resources recruitment process is relatively complex,the recruitment process also exists some problems,laid the foundation for the study of these theories.In the recruitment process,the traditional way of recruitment is leaderless group discussions,structured interviews,and many others,which constitute an important part of human resource management.With the understanding of the concept of human resources,there is a certain understanding of the related theories.By applying the literature method and application case analysis method,the recruitment contents and existing problems of Mongolia four thermal power plant are put forward,and the recruitment optimization level of Mongolia fourth thermal power plant is evaluated.To find out the corresponding suggestions in the recruitment of human resource management in thethermal power plant and optimize the recruitment model.
