Research On Price Decisions Of Reverse Supply Chain With Checking Errors

The conception,reverse supply chain,is derived from reverse logistics.He who was JAMES R.SOTCK firstly talked “reverse logistics”,which was defined as a series of logistics activities including product return,material substitution,reuse of goods,disposal,retreatment,maintenance and remanufacturing,etc.At present,there is no uniform definition in academia,but the basic cognition is identical.It is a series of activities required to recycle return products from consumers,including: returning,checking(disassembling)and recycling.Therefore,this article studies two kinds of price decisions,considering checking errors,in different reverse supply chains based on game theory.One of the reverse supply chains is comprised by single remanufacturer and collector,another is comprised by individual remanufacturer,disassembly center and collector,jobs of disassembly being done by independent disassembly center.The main research contents and achievements are as follows:In the former,Stackelberg equilibrium solutions,derived by remanufacturer,are obtained.The influence of two checking errors on reverse supply chain is analyzed,including the recovery price,the quantity of used products,and the profit of members in the reverse supply chain.In the latter,in order to meet the quantity of used products,which can be remanufacturing by remanufacturer,this paper designs the penalty contract between the remanufacturer and the disassembly center,and the penalty contract between the disassembly center and the collector.And then the influence of two checking errors on reverse supply chain is studied.And the price decisions of two and three stage remanufacturing reverse supply chain are numerically analyzed respectively.Then the similarities and differences between them are analyzed based on the same parameters simulation.The comparison results show that,on the whole,the three stage remanufacturing reverse supply chain with disassembly center will be more cost effective,and will have higher profit and lower checking errors under the same conditions.
