With the deepening of economic reform,insurance companies,as an important part of the financial investment industry,have entered the era of marketization.The insurance companies in large and small are born and the market competition is more intense.Therefore,the pressure of the marketing staff of the insurance companies will become more and more serious in order to improve the insurance.The company's performance needs to introduce more advanced performance assessment methods,establish assessment indicators in a multi dimension,establish a fair,open and comprehensive assessment to ensure that the marketing staff develop their business reasonably and maintain their customers,and actively participate in training and improve their ability.First of all,this paper describes the work characteristics of the marketing staff in Henan ZY insurance company,analyzes the current status of performance assessment of marketing staff,and summarizes the existing problems in the performance assessment of the marketing staff of the Henan ZY insurance company.The main results are that the performance assessment is mainly based on Performance,and the assessment refers to a very single standard,which can not stimulate the employees' work.At the same time,the performance assessment index has not attracted the attention of the management,which is not conducive to the development strategy of ZY insurance company and the growth of employees,which leads to higher employee turnover rate.Secondly,through investigation and analysis,this paper concludes that the main reason for the problem is that it does not introduce the advanced performance assessment concept,and the design of the evaluation index is very unscientific.It can not integrate the business objectives,business operation process with the assessment index,so it is not conducive to the promotion of the staff and the salary of the staff.Welfare level,at the same time,can not comprehensively improve the quality of marketing personnel,and promote long-term development of enterprises.Finally,this paper introduces a balanced scorecard in the performance appraisal of Henan ZY insurance company's marketing staff,and constructs the assessment indicators from four aspects,such as performance dimension,customer dimension,internal operation,learning growth and training,and refine and quantify each index to achieve the common growth of the company and staff..Next,it is of great importance and significance to ensure the implementation of performance appraisal from the aspects of organization,training and communication.The performance appraisal of the insurance company marketing staff is related to whether the ZY insurance company can continue to profit and occupy the market.Therefore,this paper optimizes the performance appraisal of the marketing staff of ZY insurance company.It can assess the employees more comprehensively from many dimensions,ensure the coordination of staff performance,attitude,study and growth,and the ZY insurance public.The consistent development strategy of the Division has an important role and significance.
