Study On The Difference Of The Welfare Change And Willingness Of Land-lost Peasants In Different Regional Types In Wuhan

With the development of social economy,Land acquisition becomes more and more.Land acquisition has the influence on land-lost peasants' immediate interests and the stability in the region.Due to different urban internal regional conditions,land acquisition has a totally different influence on land-lost peasants' life in different urban internal regional types.At the same time,the non-economic compensation in Land acquisition gets more and more attentions,and it concerns land-lost peasants' living standard and lifelong development.Based on different urban internal regional types--city village and suburb in Wuhan,through the questionnaire survey,the differences of the welfare change and willingness of land-lost peasants are analyzed,especially in non-economic level.According to the differences,the feasible ways to land-lost peasants' non-economic compensation in different Urban Internal regional types are explored.Results show that: in terms of the welfare change,the welfare level of land-lost peasants in both city village and suburb decrease after land acquisition.Land-lost peasants have the similar welfare change as a whole,but the welfare changes in different aspects of functional activities are totally different.The welfare changes of social security and housing situation are proportional to the location factor.In terms of the willingness,the average willingness to pay for the non-economic compensation of land-lost peasants in suburb is higher than that in city village.In city village,land-lost peasants' highest willingness to pay is the compensation for the job-seeking.But in suburb,the highest willingness to pay is the compensation for education environment.The average willingness to pay of the non-economic compensation is proportional to the location factor.At the same time,through the comparative analysis of the welfare change and the willingness of land-lost peasants between in city village and suburb,the targeted policy suggestions of the compensation rules for land acquisition and the non-economic compensation(including education environment,job-seeking,medical environment,residential environment and infrastructure construction)are put forward.
